Collection Appointment
Come to your scheduled appointment at our Cartersville office, or book a mobile on-site collection. Our trained technician handles the paperwork and chain-of-custody.
Sample Processing
Specimens are screened on-site or sent to our SAMHSA-certified partner labs for confirmation testing as needed.
Receive Your Results
We deliver verified results securely. Typically the same day for negative rapid screens, 24 to 72 hours for lab confirmation.
Common Questions
Do I need an appointment?
Yes. All services are by appointment only. You can book online and pay a deposit to reserve your time, or call us. After hours and Sundays are available upon request.
What should I bring?
A valid government-issued photo ID. For court-ordered tests, also bring any paperwork from your attorney or probation officer.
How long do results take?
Rapid screens: typically same day. Lab-confirmed results: 24–72 hours after collection. We notify you as soon as results are ready.
Do you offer mobile testing?
Yes. We travel to worksites, accident scenes, and offices throughout North Georgia for on-site collections.
Are your tests DOT-compliant?
Absolutely. We follow 49 CFR Part 40 procedures for all DOT-regulated testing (FMCSA, FAA, USCG, FRA, FTA, PHMSA).
How do I pay?
We accept major credit cards, debit, and corporate billing for established business accounts.
